Course 1: Spinach Salad with Fresh Berries & Balsamic Raspberry Vinaigrette
This salad was not your basic greens. The fresh berries added the perfect sweetness, and that balsamic raspberry vinaigrette? To. Die. For. A total flavor explosion to start the meal!
Course 2: Hot Chili Chicken
When I tell you this dish had my taste buds dancing—I mean it! Spicy, crispy, and packed with flavor, this chicken had me wanting to order seconds. My mouth is literally watering just thinking about it. 
Course 3: Lamb Chops with Heart-Shaped Stuffed Ravioli
This dish was love at first bite. The lamb was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the heart-shaped ravioli was not only adorable but drenched in a cream sauce that I could’ve eaten by the spoonful.
Final Course: Chocolate Brownie with Fresh Cream & Strawberries
Just when I thought I couldn’t eat anymore, this heavenly dessert arrived. Warm, gooey, and topped with fresh cream and strawberries—it was the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal.
To drink: Strawberry & Mint Lemonade
Light, refreshing, and the perfect mix of sweet and tangy. This drink deserves its own standing ovation.
