Carrington is a game-changer in every sense of the word. A junior at Woodward Academy, honor student, and the reigning Miss Georgia’s Teen, she recently competed on the national stage at Miss America’s Teen, placing in the Top 11! But that’s just the beginning of her story.
A professionally trained dancer since the age of 22 months (yes, you read that right!), Carrington’s love for the stage is undeniable. She dreams of gracing the bright lights of Broadway before heading to law school to become a civil rights attorney—because why choose just one passion when you can have both?
Beyond the spotlight, Carrington is a fierce advocate for education and inclusion. Diagnosed with dyslexia at age 7, she has spent years championing learning differences. Through her nonprofit, Carrington Cares #DecodeDyslexia, she is committed to transforming education and supporting students with neurological learning differences. Her advocacy has impacted 22,000+ students worldwide and led to real change—like working with Georgia Senator Gloria Butler to pass Senate Bill 48, securing $3.5 million in funding for free dyslexia screenings in Georgia.
Carrington’s global reach is truly inspiring. Her advocacy work has been honored by the City of Atlanta, and her nonprofit has been recognized internationally, with a computer and literacy lab in the Philippines and a library in Guinea named in her honor. Pretty amazing, right?
And let’s talk fashion—because Carrington is a true fashionista! She has an eye for style and can shop anywhere, turning even the simplest pieces into million-dollar looks.
